The BLUE, short for Bucs Live University Experience, weekend is an opportunity for high school juniors and seniors from local high schools to come live on campus and learn about some of the programs ETSU has to offer.

This BLUE weekend will be held from Sept. 30 to Oct. 1. BLUE weekend is an opportunity for program participants to learn about ETSU and what the arts programs and the campus overall has to offer. The participants will have the chance to see what its like to be an ETSU student for a weekend

BLUE for the Arts is an addition to the other BLUE weekend programs offered by ETSU. Another BLUE weekend focuses on public health, where students are able to learn about the public health department at ETSU.

Each participant will be paired with a peer mentor, who is a current ETSU student. These mentors will stay with participants in the residence halls and attend the weekend activities with the guest students.

Hopeful future Bucs will learn about campus life and see if ETSU is the right place university for them.

The deadline to apply for the BLUE Weekend for the Arts is Sept. 21, 2016
