ETSU junior Catalina Zuluaga shot a second-round 77 to finish in a tie for sixth place (75-77=152) and lead the Buccaneer women’s golf team to a 12th place team finish in the James Madison University Lady Dukes Invitational.
ETSU shot a second-round 327 (321-327=648) to finish 32 strokes behind team champion, Maryland.
Zuluaga finished in a six-way tie, four shots back of individual medalists Ellen Berg of Longwood College and Freddie Seeholzer of Rollins College. Junior Mimmie Dymling was the next Buccaneer finisher, tying for 20th at 13-over par (77-80=157). Freshman Kristen Fletcher finished in a tie for 39th after shooting a final-round 80 (80-81=161). Sophomore Amanda Ovington fired a 90 on the second day, placing her in 76th (88-90=178).
