Using the computer as a studio art tool is the focus of two summer classes in digital and computer imaging being offered by the ETSU department of art and design.
The classes are an introductory workshop for students from a basic and practical viewpoint.
Students will learn how high-tech imaging is used everyday in commercial media.
Available for undergraduate or graduate credit, the course is also open to art and design professionals, teachers, pre-college students and retirees.
No previous computer experience is required.
The three-credit-hour day course, “Computer Art and Imaging,” is offered during the pre-summer session and the two-credit night class is offered in the second summer session.
