The Student Activities Allocations Committee has approximately $400,000 to fund innovative activities, services and programs that are designed to provide significant benefit to the ETSU student body.
These funds have been generated from a portion of the General Access Fee.
Project proposals are requested from registered student organizations and university departments.
An application form which provides detailed information concerning eligibility requirements and funding criteria may be picked up in the Student Affairs Office located on the third level of the Culp University Center or online at http://www.etsu.edu/students/central/alloc.htm.
Applications must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
A budget preparation workshop will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 2 at 3 p.m. in the East Tennessee Room, located on the third level of the Culp University Center.
After applications are submitted, budget hearings will be held so applicants can present their proposals and answer questions. Funding recommendations will be sent to President Paul Stanton with the concurrence of the Vice Provost and Dean of Students Joe Sherlin.
