Dear Santa,As I have all of my teeth, all I want for Christmas is:

ETSU drivers who stop using the cell phone or texting while driving across campus and get mad when they almost hit a pedestrian.

ETSU pedestrians who stop using the cell phone or texting while walking across campus and get mad when they almost walk into a car.

State legislators who will start funding higher education properly.

ETSU drivers who do not stop in the middle of traffic to let out passengers.

ETSU pedestrians who realize that jaywalking is illegal.

State legislators who realize ETSU needs new buildings, especially my beloved potential future arts center.

ETSU drivers who park in designated spots and state legislators who realize that students aren’t made out of money.

ETSU drivers who don’t take up parking spots simply to smoke.

ETSU pedestrians who realize smoking on campus is prohibited and don’t get offended or mad when reminded politely.

State legislators who realize that the faculty are not being treated with dignity by paying sub-par wages.

State legislators who realize TBR is just as much a state school at UT.

ETSU drivers who don’t wait until one minute before class to find a parking spot.

ETSU pedestrians who realize drivers are not psychic.

State legislators who know the future of the state is the college students and their education is in the hands of the faculty.
