Bring out your best costumes! The PartyBucs Grave Rave is scheduled to take place on Oct. 31 from 8 to 11 p.m. The thriller party will feature a dance floor, costume contest with prizes and music by DJ V1N. Snacks, soft-drinks and candy will be provided.

The party will take place in the ballroom on the third flood of the D.P. Culp Student Center. For access to the party, please visit room 360 to the right of the ballroom.

Exclusive t-shirts and pins, designed by ETSU student Easton Carson, will be provided to the first 100 students present. They will be distributed at check-in.

“Sergeant Pepper might be making an appearance in costume,” said Ariana Abordo, co-president of PartyBucs.

PartyBucs is known to provide an “alternative collegiate party scene” that is alcohol and substance free. Events take place on campus, offering a safe and fun environment.

PartyBucs asks that attendees not bring prop weapons to ensure the safety and comfort of other guests.

While the PartyBucs organization is rebuilding, now led by co-presidents Hunter Inancsi and Ariana Abordo, they are planning to implement mental health and substance abuse awareness in future events.

“My favorite part was getting to do this with my sister. She took the initiative to lead the event,” said Abordo. “She gets to see this all play out and I am so excited for her.”

PartyBucs will be hosting more events this semester including the upcoming fall formal and holiday party. For more information on events and for the meeting schedule visit @wearepartybucs on Instagram.
