Senior forward Lisa Gallagher was named the Southern Conference Women’s Soccer Player-of-the-Week for the week of Nov. 6 for her outstanding performance against Wofford on Senior Day.
Gallagher, a Johnson City native, who graduated from Science Hill High School, scored a season-high three goals against the Lady Terriers to lead ETSU to a victory over Wofford, 4-3, last Sunday.
The Bucs’ senior scored the game-winning goal five minutes into overtime.
On Gallagher’s second goal of the match, she received the assist from fellow senioir teammate Kristin Redfern.
Gallagher and Redfern finished the season tied for the most goals scored on the team with seven apiece.
The Johnson City native leaves ETSU as the Bucs all-time leader in nine categories, including points (55), points per game (0.80), goals (22), goals per game (0.32), shots (131), shots per game (1.90), shots on goal (65) and shots on goal per game (0.94).
