The ETSU women’s golf team tied for tenth with the University of Montana to finish the Hatter Spring Fling hosted by Stetson University last weekend.
ETSU shot a 337 in today’s final round after shooting a 307 in the first round. Florida Southern won the event after shooting a 298 and 301 in the two rounds.
Lady Bucs’ senior Mimmie Dymling led the team, finishing in a tie for 23rd in the tournament after shooting rounds of 76 and 81 for a two-day total of 157.
Freshman Alysa Few was the Lady Bucs’ second finisher in a tie for 28th (75-83=158). Senior Catalina Zuluaga finished the tournament tied for 42nd after rounds of 77 and 85 (162).
Freshman Danielle O’Reilly was the Lady Bucs’ fourth finisher in 58th place after rounds of 83 and 86 (169).

The Lady Bucs’ golf team shot their best round of the tournament last Tuesday to finish eighth in the Bradford Creek Spring Invitational, hosted by East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C.
ETSU fired a 309 in Tuesday’s final round after shooting a 340 and a 325 last Monday.
Lady Buc senior Mimmie Dymling led the team, finishing in a tie for 22nd after improving her score in each round (82-79-76=237).
Fellow senior Catalina Zuluaga was ETSU’s second finisher in a tie for 26th in the event (83-82-73=238) after turning in ETSU’s best round of the tournament on Tuesday, carding a final-round 73.
The 73 ties a personal best for Zuluaga and ties an ETSU season best.
Sophomore Kristen Fletcher finished in a tie for 41st (86-81-81=248) after firing her second consecutive 81 in Tuesday’s play.
Freshman Alysa Few also improved her score in all three rounds, leading her to a tie for 57th (89-87-79=255). Senior Susan McKinney tied for 64th (89-83-86=258) after shooting a final-round 86.
