A 30-hour training seminar in early childhood education for registered and/or licensed family child care providers will be offered in by the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance (TECTA) beginning in May.Classes will be held at ETSU from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on five Saturdays: May 4 and 18, and June 1, 15 and 29. There is no cost for the training, but space is limited and pre-registration is required.

TECTA is a statewide early childhood professional development system established to support and enhance the qualifications of early childhood education personnel. TECTA is coordinated in this region by ETSU Center for Early Childhood Learning and Development, one of the state’s Centers of Excellence.
