East Tennessee State’s women’s golf team finished seventh at the Pat Bradley Championship hosted by Florida International University and held in Las Croabas Puerto Rico.
The Bucs were led by freshman Ashley Barton who shot an 82 for the day. Alysa Few and Danielle O’Reilly shot an 83 and were followed by Robin McCarley and junior Kristen Fletcher who both shot an 84 for their rounds.
ETSU shot a combined 332 on the day, dropping the Buccaneers from sixth to seventh place and one shot behind Florida International.
South Florida won the tournament with a three day with combined score of 35 over par (899) followed by Nebraska and Illinois.
The Pat Bradley Championship marks ETSU’s final tournament of the fall season.
The Lady Bucs won’t play again until the spring, when the men’s team will be at the Tulane Invitational in New Orleans on Feb. 10-11 and at the Puerto Rico Classic in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on Feb. 23-25.
