Dear Editor,
I would just like everyone to
move past the religious based
articles in the ET. The author
has the right to write and you
as a reader have the right not to
read what they write, plain and
simple. If you do not like something
then just skip it, it is not
that hard.
The ET has opened a door,
they had the choice to not run
any articles on religion, but by
running the one they now have
to run all articles dealing with
religion as long as it does not
degrade someone’s religion or
beliefs. So write something
about your religion to educate
our community here at ETSU
if you have a problem. The ET
has not violated anyone’s rights
its just that people like to find
something to make a scene over
since they can not grasp the
idea of freedom of speech.
