Dear EditorI agree with Kim Woodring that parking is a big problem. It’s been a problem for years but this semester seems to be worse. I’m also a commuter, and, even though I come down quite early, and have handicap parking privileges, it’s still tough. I see what I assume are residents’ cars filling the lots around Centennial Hall. If I weren’t handicap privileged, I would have to walk a good distance from parking and there are days when I can barely walk from the Rogers-Stout lot to Culp. I have a hard time lifting my rolling pack in and out of the car so I know I can’t hoist it up a bus’ steps. ETSU, it’s time to change the parking rules a bit and give commuters a better break with parking.
