Residentional Peer Education’ will present a program on health relationships. The purpose of the seminar is to answer tough relationship questions. The event will be held in the Forum Room, located on the third floor of the Culp Center.
7 p.m. – Safety
A crime prevention program designed to teach about safety on campus and provide other helpful tips will be offered by Public Safety officers in the Lucille Clement Hall, third floor lobby. Food and drinks will be provided.
Friday, Feb. 5
4 p.m.-Art Lecture
The Department of Art & Design and the Slocumb Galleries will present the Annual Positive/Negative 25 National Juried Art Exhibition Juror’s Lecture by Julien Robson. Robson is the curator of Contemporary Art at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. He will present a lecture about contemporary art and the jurying process involved in the exhibition.
7 p.m.- Free movie
Buctainment will offer a free showing of “Pirate Radio” in the Culp Center auditorium.
7:30 p.m. – Concert
The Celebrity Brass Death Match will be held in Mathes Hall auditorium, Room 107. On opposite sides of the stage, two former United States Air Force Band system brass soloists and current ETSU brass faculty (David Champouillon and Jimmie Self) will go head-to-head in a recital of solos for euphonium and cornet. Admission is free.
Saturday, Feb. 6
7 p.m. – Dance
Black and White Masquerade, an annual semi-formal dance, will be held from 10 p.m.-2 a.m. in the Culp Center ballroom. All students are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
