ETSU Public Safety recently added a new member to their force, Pepper the therapy dog. Pepper was once a stray dog in Florida but got a new life through training as a police therapy dog. Officer Bill Mitchell, Pepper’s handler, has been introducing Pepper to ETSU by taking her around campus and introducing her to students and faculty.
