ETSU is holding a Toys For Tots toy drive through Dec 12. In partnership with the local Johnson City Marine, collection boxes can be found around campus.

“We currently announce the drive for our building only to collect as many toys as possible before the second week of December so that there is plenty of time for the Toys for Tots leadership to collect the toys and distribute them to the families who have signed up for the program,” said Gina Osborne, executive assistant to the Provost.

Toys for Tots is celebrating their 75th anniversary this year.

According to their website, “The primary goal of Marine Toys for Tots is, through the gift of a new toy, help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to America’s less fortunate children.”

Toys for Tots mostly accepts toys for children up to age twelve. They ask for these toys to be new and un-wrapped.
