Curtis Eason, former football stand-out and Jacksonville, Fla., native, returned to football Saturday, as a member of the Los Angeles Xtreme of the newly formed XFL.
Eason played at ETSU from 1994-97.
During his collegiate career he recorded 261 takles including eight sacks.
Following his college career, Eason was drafted in 1998 by the San Francisco 49ers and later released.
He then played professionally in NFL Europe and with the Orlando Rage of the Arena Football League.
In his first game with the Xtreme, Eason recorded three solo tackles in a 15-13 loss to the San Francisco Demons.
