BRISTOL, Tenn. (Sept. 1) – Before NASCAR brings the Cup Series Playoffs to Bristol Motor Speedway later this month, popular YouTuber, Cleetus McFarland, will be bringing his ‘Cleetus and Cars’ event to the “World’s Fastest Half Mile” on Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 3-4.

McFarland has a large following on his YouTube channel with over three million subscribers. His content is centered around cars, boats, trucks and anything else with an engine that can go fast.

McFarland is best known as the creator of the ‘Freedom 500,’ an annual race held at the Freedom Factory, a track owned by McFarland that brings many content creators together to compete for a prize. This year’s winner, freestyle motocross legend Brian Deegan, earned a Lamborghini with his win at the event in April.

‘Cleetus and Cars’ will take place on Saturday, Sept. 3. It will feature multiple events that evening such as a “pit party,” burnout competitions with $5,000 and $10,000 to be paid out to the winners, and a Stadium Truck race at the track. Then, on Sunday, the day will kick off with another “pit party” before the Stadium Super Trucks take to the track to set the tone for the feature event.

The main event, ‘Bristol 1000,’ will follow the Super Trucks with a star-studded lineup of content creators in a 100-lap race around Bristol Motor Speedway. Now, this is not just any normal race: the ‘Bristol 1000’ will feature nitrous-powered Ford Crown Victorias for all participants as they compete to win the inaugural race.

Some of those that are scheduled to compete in the main event are: Whistlin’ Diesel (Cody Detwiler), Brian Deegan, his daughter and current NASCAR Truck Series driver Hailie Deegan, former NASCAR driver Robbie Gordon, YouTuber prankster Roman Atwood, Cleetus McFarland and many more.

Single-day and two-day tickets are now available for purchase.
