On Valentine’s Day this year, ETSU-Con took to social media to share that Alejandro Saab would be added to the list of featured guests for the 2023 convention.
Saab is known for his roles as Cyno in “Genshin Impact,” Leon in “Pokémon Journeys,” Yuri in “Fire Emblem: Three Houses” and several more. His VTuber channel continues to grow with over 600,000 followers on TikTok and over 100,000 followers on Twitch.
“We are so honored to be able to host so many amazing voice actors from varying fandoms and walks in the industry for our 2023 event,” said Madison Warner, ETSU-Con manager. “We believe firmly that the variety we chose will provide insight and inspire the amazing creatives that ETSU holds within their campus walls.”
ETSU-Con returned to campus in Spring 2022 after a several-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic and renovations. The event exceeded 2,300 attendees, including 700 students and local residents.
It will take place on April 1-2 at the D.P. Culp Student Center. The convention is free for current students, with discounts offered to first responders, faculty, alumni and veterans.
