The parade will begin will begin on ETSU’s campus and continue left onto University Parkway, turn right onto West State of Franklin Road, left onto Buffalo Street, right onto East Main Street, right onto Colonial Way, left onto East State of Franklin, ending in the Old Burley Lot at the corner of East State of Franklin and Legion Street.

There will also be awards for first, second and third place floats that will be voted on. There will also be the Blue Plum Pick, a new award, chosen by the Blue Plum board.

In 2023, there were hundreds of floats that followed the same route with the theme of “Christmas in a Toyland.”
