The Black Jacket Symphony will present the Beatles’ Abbey Road on Thursday, Jan. 30, at 7:30 P.M. at the ETSU Martin Center for the Arts. The Symphony creates a magical musical experience you’ll be glad you didn’t miss out on by bringing iconic albums to life, providing attendees with a truly unforgettable experience.
“The Black Jacket Symphony has been rocking the ETSU Foundation Grand Hall stage since September 2022, delivering a unique and electrifying concert experience every time they perform. With a diverse range of iconic albums and genres, they bring something for every music lover, making them a favorite in our community.” Jennifer Clements, Executive Director of Martin Center and University Events, mentioned.
The Black Jacket Symphony focuses on recreating select classic albums live in its entirety. Over the past thirteen years, the Black Jacket Symphony has performed over 40 classic rock albums. For each album, different musicians are handpicked with no details missed.
“The ETSU Martin Center offers an intimate atmosphere paired with state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, creating a truly unforgettable performance experience,” Clements mentioned.
The Martin Center for the Arts began as a dream in the 80s and 90s. This facility focuses on providing both performance and instructional spaces for students, faculty and the community.
