The ETSU Student Government Association is bringing a wave of excitement to campus with Neon Trees and Lisa Heller performing live at the 2025 Fall SGA Concert.

Taking place on Wednesday, October 8, at 7:30 p.m. in Freedom Hall, the SGA Fall concert promises to deliver an evening of high-energy performances and captivating music.

Known for their genre-blending sounds of pop and alternative rock, Neon Trees have made a name for themselves due to their colorful songs and electrifying performances.

While the band initially received their exposure opening for The Killers in 2008, they would soon find their own stride climbing the Billboard charts with their breakout single “Animal” in 2010.

Since then, they’ve released five studio albums, racked up countless award nominations and have continued to evolve artistically while still maintaining their signature energy.

Their concerts are known to be a full body experience featuring bold lighting, explosive energy and a frontman whose stage presence keeps the crowd moving from the first note to the encore.

This infectious energy is what has earned Neon Trees the reputation as being one of the most dynamic live acts in modern pop-rock.

While Neon Trees promises to bring the excitement and energy, supporting act Lisa Heller brings a refreshing and heartfelt contrast to the evening’s lineup.

This rising indie pop artist first made waves with the release of her single “Hope” in 2016 and has not looked back since.

She has self produced and published four EPs, and has already found herself embarking on several tours both nationally and internationally.

Lisa is an American Songwriting Award winner as well as a multi-time Songdoor International Songwriting nominated musician.

Her music combines elements of pop, indie, and alternative, creating an authentic sound that resonates deeply with listeners.

With Neon Trees’ electrifying hits and Lisa Heller’s emotional artistry, this year’s show promises a blend of nostalgia, inspiration, and high-energy entertainment.
