Welcome to the busiest time of year, April. It’s time for end of the semester parties and get togethers, which can include many potlucks. However, you’re in luck because this week, we are making Funfetti Dip. This dip will serve around 8 friends

The ingredients you will need are as follows: Funfetti cake mix, 8 oz. Cool Whip container, 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, and optionally sprinkles. You should also get dippers that could be animal crackers, Teddy Grahams, graham crackers, pretzels, or Nilla Wafers.

The cookware needed is a large bowl, a spoon, and measuring cup. If you don’t want to stir for as long, an electric mixer would be easier.

First, you should heat treat your Funfetti cake mix for the best quality and safety. You will do this by microwaving the Funfetti mix in a microwave safe bowl for 20 to 45 seconds on high. Next, you will combine all your ingredients into a large bowl and mix with a spoon, or mixer. Mix your dip until there are no lumps. Then, you will move the dip into your serving bowl and top with extra sprinkles for whimsy. The dip should be chilled in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.

And perfect, you have a tasty dish that’s simple and can be brought to any potluck. If there are any leftovers from your party, you can store the dip with a lid in the fridge for 4-5 days. When taking it out, I would suggest stirring the dip before eating. We are almost at the end of the semester, Bucs. Take a break to enjoy a fun little treat!
