This March, it looks as if the madness will not only be in the NCAA tournament. It’s already engulfed the Democratic Party with only nine months to go until the general election.
The real madness is trying to understand all the double talk coming out of Democrats.
They lambasted Alabama Justice Roy Moore for acting outside of the law in his stance to the Ten Commandments in the foyer of the Alabama Supreme Court building.
But in San Francisco, liberals are applauding the handing out of same-sex marriage certificates, which are invalid by law.
According to every Demo-cratic presidential candidate, the Republicans are the party of special interest.
John Edwards takes enough money from trial lawyers to qualify himself as a special interest wheeler-dealer.
Edwards’ America is vastly different from the crowd he’s preaching to.
Weapons of mass destruction are still the topic of every liberal’s critique of Bush, even though there was more than an ample amount of evidence of movement outside of Iraq before we invaded last spring.
Weapons of mass “seduction” are the real Achilles’ heel for the Democrats.
The John Kerry campaign may prove him to be another policy-maker able to speak about everyone else’s moral lives except his own.
Matt Drudge broke the story that Kerry had been having an affair with an intern. But, most Americans are used to “WMS” within the Democratic Party leadership.
Terry McCauliffe has shown himself to be a back-up after the midterms of 2002. Now, his campaign is the anti-Nader movement.
Ralph Nader announced Sunday that he would run for president again. The DNC leadership is already trying to defame his name and his career.
I thought Democrats encouraged the plurality of choice in elections.
One of the faces the Democrats try to create is the “Hitler Bush,” who has led his country into a war for oil and third-world domination.
Unfortunately, most Americans are not that fond of dry and arid climates in ancient Mesopotamia.
Then there’s “George the deficit spender.” Deficit George is the big bad spender who buys up oil and drills in the backyards of Middle America so little middle-class children cannot play in their backyards without staining their Osh Kosh clothes with oil.
There is also “frat-boy George.”
This version sees him as a brainless partier who watches SportsCenter all the time. Frat boy made some of the same mistakes as his predecessor, Bill Clinton, expect Bush didn’t do them in the Oval Office.
Presently, the Democrats are touting “AWOL Bush.”
“AWOL Bush” supposedly did not finish his service in the military. Records have proven otherwise and another Bush personification fails to stick. (Except that one of “Meet the Press Bush,” the one that media outlets take sound bites of and make him look like a Jimmy Carter makeover.)
You would think that Hitler Bush would have taken over and made a great speech about the threat of all rogue nations and the need to topple their people for living space for the ever-growing commercial republic of America, therefore drawing all Americans in applause and admiration.
I forgot about “Dirty campaigning Bush.”
He is the one that is going to use his vast political machine that controls all media outlets, including the evil Fox News Channel, to make Democratic candidates look trashy.
Never mind that the Democrats do a pretty good job of looking foolish without Bush’s help.
So, now in this election, theatrical of 2004, “WMS Kerry” and “Middle American Edwards” will try to make a label stick to Bush. What bothers liberals the most is the prefix before Bush’s name – President.
