ETSU Alumnus Tim Matney will visit his alma mater this week, and will be giving a free public presentation, “Visual Ef-fects for the Big Screen and the Small Screen,” on Thursday, Sept. 28 at 6:30 p.m. in Rogers-Stout Hall Auditorium.
Since leaving ETSU, Matney has worked in 2-D and 3-D computer game graphics, on commercials, and with various other media. His feature film credits include “Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow”, “The Cave” and “Underworld: Evolution.” He has done creative work for national companies such as Kawasaki and Michelin.
