Season tickets for the 2007-08 Buccaneer and Lady Buccaneer basketball campaigns are still available.
With both teams scheduled to open play with home exhibitions this coming weekend, fans are encouraged to purchase their tickets and be on campus for the start of the new season this Saturday and Sunday.
The two squads will play a combined 28 home games in the coming season, with the men hosting a special ESPN Bracket Buster game on Feb. 23.
Other special games include non-conference visits from Eastern Kentucky (Nov. 17), Marshall (Dec. 4) and Appalachian State (Dec. 30), as well as Atlantic Sun Conference rivals Kennesaw State (Feb. 3), Belmont (Feb. 14) and Lipscomb (Feb. 16).
On the women’s side, Chattanooga (Nov. 20) and Evansville (Nov. 24) will visit the Memorial Center early on, and league foes Lipscomb (Feb. 16) and Belmont (Feb. 18) will invade Johnson City in the second half of the year.
The men’s team opens its home slate Nov. 3 with a 4 p.m. exhibition tilt against Mars Hill, while the Lady Bucs entertain Wingate on Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. in a home exhibition opener.
Season tickets for the Lady Bucs are $40 for adults, and $20 for youth and senior patrons. A pricing structure for Bucs’ season tickets is on Page 11.
