Dear Editor,
As I was watching the presidential debates, it hit me how much the world has changed.
In the 1800s, when Abraham Lincoln was president, people would never have imagined minorities running for president.
Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have made a huge step towards the change of our society.
I want to encourage my fellow students to vote during this coming up election. We can help change this world for the better.
When Abraham Lincoln was president, slavery was a big issue and women were not treated as equals. Voting in this election is sure to keep the positive change alive.
