In an email to the ETSU community Monday, ETSU President Brian Noland announced that ETSU Health has received additional doses of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine and will host four vaccine clinics in early April for anyone 18 years and older, regardless of health condition.
The four, by-appointment only COVID-19 vaccine clinics will take place on April 1 from 3-7 p.m., April 3 from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m., April 6 from 3-7 p.m. and April 8 from 3-7 p.m. They will be held in the ETSU Millennium Center ballroom. Patients should park in the Millennium Center parking garage on the third level or above and follow the signs to the ballroom.
“We encourage all members of the ETSU community to consider getting vaccinated as soon as possible, and we hope that these clinics will provide a convenient option for you and other members of our community,” Noland said in the email.
The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is approved for people ages 18 and older and only requires one dose.
ETSU Health held its first COVID-19 vaccine clinic March 20 and 21 .
