Senior Einaj Carter (Poughkeepsie, New York) was a wide receiver for the ETSU Bucs football team.
At the beginning of October, he was suspended from the team alongside teammate freshman Xavier Gaillardetz (Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada) for an off-field disciplinary issue.
It was announced on Tuesday, Oct. 16, that Carter was dismissed from the program due to a violation of university and team policy. There is no update on Gaillardetz. The ETSU athletic department has made no further comments.
During his time on the team this season, Carter gained 47 yards and had five receptions.
Carter’s first year on the team was the 2022 season, where he contributed 441 yards, four touchdowns and 31 receptions.
