College can be hard or stressful for many students, and the ETSU Community Counseling Clinic can provide support during those difficult times.

ETSU’s Community Counseling Clinic offers free counseling services to students, ETSU affiliates and any member of the Tri-Cities community.

Counselors at the Community Counseling Clinic are students working toward graduation and are overseen by licensed and doctoral-level counseling staff. Counselors-in-training offer therapy with adults, adolescents, children, couples and families alike. These counselors are prepared to help patients work through individual, couple and family issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, coping issues, stress management, adjustment to life changes, career exploration, grief and interpersonal relationships.

Counseling can help individuals learn coping strategies for stress, anxiety or depression, set realistic goals and gain a deeper self-awareness of behavioral patterns. Overall, counseling contributes to self-awareness and personal growth and gives patients more understanding in navigating life’s challenges.

The ETSU Community Counseling Clinic is located in Warf-Pickel Hall, room 327.
