lost touch with his brother, Adel Arshaghi, and has little information about his final days. He is looking for anyone who knew Adel Arshaghi, either during his time at ETSU or while he resided in the local area, who is willing to share memories or information about that time during his brother’s life.
“If you knew him as a friend, neighbor, coworker or acquaintance, I would truly appreciate hearing from you. Even small memories or information would mean a great deal to me,” Hatef Arshaghi said.
After graduating from ETSU, Adel Arshaghi worked as a mathematics educator at various levels of study and as an author, editor and reviewer of mathematical materials for publishers including Prentice Hall and McGraw Hill.
“Nothing is like the loss of a sibling. It seems there is no healing or comfort. Both of my parents have passed away, but the passing of Adel has defined a true meaning of sorrow for me,” Hatef Arshaghi said. “Any information will help me and my family to find some comfort.”
Memories of Adel Arshaghi, or any information about him and his life, can be shared with his brother at hislami@msn.com or 919-599-8073.
