Dear Editor,
This letter is to commend Chef Rick from Dining Services for the amazing variety of cultural foods he provided Powell-Panhellenic for out program “What’s this I’m eating?” last Wednesday.
Not only did Rick create 10 different dishes, he provided them free of charge and gave out coupons to the residents.
Arriving early enough to play pool with the residents before the program started, Rick also sang two songs of appreciation to the students after they had served themselves.
Maria Costas presented the residents with an interesting cultural make-up of ourworld today as well and spoke about the student exchange program.
We at Powell-Panhellenic are grateful to the chef, Campus Dining and Maria Costa for making our program such a success.
