Dear Editor:
I would like to congratulate Ryan Webb for his Page 3 editorial cartoon in the Oct. 8, 2007 issue of the East Tennessean.
It was relevant and witty. This comes in stark contrast to his standard fare. I can say I don’t especially miss the walking, talking condom, the drug innuendos, or the pointless babblings that so often accompany his work.
Mr. Webb, I don’t know you personally, but I’ve seen many of your “funnies” in the East Tennessean. You can do much better. Your recent editorial was a breath of fresh air. You actually made me laugh. Please, keep up this kind of work.
