On Nov. 9, Buctainment hosted a karaoke night in The Cave inside the Culp Center.

“The turnout for karaoke night was great,” said Allie Collins, Buctainment’s marketing and recruitment chair. “We had about 50 people show up or maybe even more. Everyone was having a great time running around, so it was hard to keep count.”

The night included a variety of music. There was a huge selection of songs picked by the students, with participants singing their favorites.

“My personal favorite moment was when another staff programmer, Audra Larson and myself, got up on stage and sang the song ‘Picture’ by Kid Rock & Sheryl Crow,” Collins said. “It was so much fun and the crowd was very encouraging.”

Buctainment’s upcoming events for the end of the semester include another “Family Feud” night on Nov. 16, a board game night on Nov. 18 and a showing of “Black Widow” on Nov. 19.
