Buctainment is inviting comedian and well-known actor Josh Peck to ETSU to host a question and answer session on March 27.

“Student’s shouldn’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see Josh Peck in person. They don’t want to miss the chance to hear any advice he may have,” said Morgan Colley, Special Events Chair and Staff Programmer for Buctainment.

The Q&A is being held in Brooks Gym at ETSU’s campus on Sunday, March 27 at 7 p.m. Students, faculty and staff are able to attend the event for free, while the general public must purchase tickets online.

Last semester, Buctainment sent out an email with a poll to allow students to choose who they wanted to see live; students chose Peck.

Peck is most recognizable for his roles in Nickelodeon’s popular television shows “Drake and Josh” and “The Amanda Show.” He is currently attracting audiences through his role as a social media influencer and comedian.

The event will proceed with Peck answering questions that Buctainment sends to him beforehand; the questions are student generated. Peck will then answer these questions live and integrate humor and comedy into his answers.

“The first 150 students to get their ticket will receive a signed copy of his new book,” said Colley.

Peck’s memoir “Happy People Are Annoying,” follows the challenges he has faced as an actor, writer, comedian and influencer. It also follows the more successful and happier moments of his life. The memoir will be released on March 15 but can be preordered now.

Tickets go on sale March 7, starting at 10 a.m. They can be purchased online. More information on tickets and submission of questions will be provided with the following link:
