A lot of action has been going on for the Lady Bucs volleyball team.
The Bucs have faced three opponents this week, including University of Chattanooga, Elon and UNC Greensboro.
The first match for the Lady Bucs was against UT Chattanooga, at home, Wednesday, Oct. 6.
ETSU was unable to take the home match, 2-3 (23-30, 27-30, 30-25, 30-23, 9-15). The loss drops the Bucs to 2-13 on the season, 1-4 in Southern Conference play, advancing the Lady Mocs to 3-12, 1-4.
The Lady Bucs were unable to gain momentum in the first two games. The second game was a battle between the two teams. UTC went on a five-point streak until Callie Kiselich ended it with a kill. ETSU went on their own streak, but were unable to capture game two.

“The girls knew that they dug themselves in a hole and knew that they had to get themselves out,” coach Lindsey Devine said.
