I promised you proof of John Kerry as a hypocrite when it came to the war in Iraq.
Pay close attention.
There’s a book that was published in 1999 (that’s two years before “Dubya’s” presidency and the 9/11 attacks) written by Scott Ritter called Endgame.
Ritter, a U.N. weapons inspector, worked in correlation with the Clinton administration.
His job? Document the threat of Iraq’s WMD program.
In Endgame, Ritter outlines the information given to the Clinton administration about the number and types of weapons in Iraq’s WMD program and why the inspectors were never able to catch the Iraqi’s red handed. This intelligence is the same intelligence that George W. Bush inherited to make decisions from.
Sorry to burst your “Oil and Halliburton” bubble.
There’s also a direct quote from John Kerry stating the need to take action against Iraq, but it couldn’t happen until the window of endorsement by the American people opened.
In other words, if the terror attacks had been on 9/11/98 instead of 9/11/2001 and Kerry had been president, you would have had the same outcome.
You just would have had to change your slogan to “Anyone but Kerry.”
I only get 350 words, so get the book and see for your self. Like I said – 1999, U.N. inspector, non-partisan, Clinton administration – go get the book.
I said it last week and I’ll say it again – it’s not going to be different just because Kerry gets elected.
No different, that is, aside from the fact that our troops won’t have half of their equipment, including flack vests, if Kerry could get it completely his way.
Fortunately the Congress decides on spending issues and the Senate isn’t Burger King. I guess Kerry will have to embrace Bill Clinton’s penchant for fast-food if he ever wants to “have it his way.”
Of course, there’s one way to help our troops in Iraq and save John Kerry from heart bypass surgery. It’s called vote for Bush.
Look at the bright side, your vote may actually save a U.S. senator’s life.
It’s not every day that you get the chance to be a hero!
