I am writing to comment on the article that Randi Brockman wrote about the parking situation on the ETSU campus.
While I think that parking could be better, I think that Brockman is the one that is being the complete “moron about the situation.”
I used to drive one of her so called “cars held together by rust,” but you know, I paid for it myself and I did not have mom and dad pay for it like most of the students that drive her “well-kept Porches, Jaguars and Lamborghinis” or other expensive vehicles.
I think that it is very wrong and very rude of her to criticize other student’s cars.
Personally, I don’t understand why the people who review the paper would allow such uninformed and uncaring views to be printed.
Perhaps Brockman should have to drive a “rusty” vehicle and see how it feels. Don’t judge others unless you’ve been there. Perhaps Brockman needs to see what the underprivileged life is like and quit assuming others can afford these “economy cars.”
Think before you write.
