Dear Editor,
This is in response to Maria Costagliola’s letter.
Ludacris is coming to perform for 5,900 students (if that many show up). Why can’t people realize that this controversy is NOT about Ludacris. It’s not. Gather up and listen closely … the majority of us got punk’d into paying for a few students to attend a concert. Only 5,900 – not even half are even able to attend the concert. But now you hear the SGA senators touting “If you don’t like Ludacris, just don’t go … I don’t see what the big deal is.” That in itself is the big deal. The majority of us are paying for what a few of you want.
Please senators – start representing the entire student body, not just the Greek system and yourself.
Everyone that’s going, enjoy the concert.
Daniel Reed
