Dear Editor,
This is in response to Rachel Dodd’s article that was titled “2008 election possibilities.” This was a disgusting example of a biased article. I won’t state my party affiliation, because this article should have been offensive to anyone who appreciates fair and accurate press!
The first candidate Dodd mentioned is Hillary Clinton. She then goes on to give note to Barack Obama. Next up to bat is John Edwards, but not before a reference is made to Bill Clinton.
There is no way this could be any more politically biased! That the East Tennessean would even print this article (not to mention on the front page) is shocking! There was never a single mention of a non-Democratic candidate.
Ever heard of Rudy Guiliani? John McCain? Ralph Nader? For there to be any justification for publishing this article, the title should have read something along the lines of “Democratic Hopefuls for ’08”, and definitely not “2008 election possibilities.” You really make Fox News appear “Fair and Balanced.”
