Ongoing renovation and construction at the D.P. Culp University Center will require the relocation of or curtailed services for several offices housed in the building.
The University Advisement Center (UAC), normally located in the ARC next to the bookstore, has temporarily moved to the third floor of the Culp Center into offices formerly occupied by Student Support Services.
Signs have been placed on the third floor to assist students in finding the new location. When renovations are completed, the UAC will return to its original location in the ARC.
JAVA City has temporarly moved to the Atrium Food Court while the lower-level Cave area undergoes changes.
As work continues in the coming months, the Food Court and the BucMart will be relocated to the Cave, and other operations may be temporarily interrupted or limited.
Because of the renovation process, ETSU’s food service management contract, currently with ARAMARK Dining Services, has been extended until fall 2009. ARAMARK will, therefore, continue to provide services to the university at this time.
For further information, contact Dr. Tony Warner, assistant vice president for the University Center/ID Services, at 439-4286. To make an appointment for counseling at the UAC or for directions to the new location, call 439-5244.
